Al Hartman (Allen R. Hartman) is the President and CEO of Hartman vREIT XXI, and a seasoned real estate entrepreneur with over 40 years of experience. Beginning his career in home improvement sales in 1978, he developed the “Hartman Advantage” investment strategy by 1983. In the late 1980s and early 1990s, he successfully acquired roughly 20 foreclosures, turning them into stable, cash-flowing assets.

Since founding Hartman, he has sponsored over 25 real estate programs, managing hundreds of millions in assets and serving nearly 6,000 investors. Beyond his professional work, Al is dedicated to his faith and community—actively supporting faith-based initiatives, serving as a Deacon at Second Baptist Church in Houston, and sharing the message of Jesus Christ. In his personal life, he treasures time with family and spreading encouragement.
