Broadwood Partners, L.P.
Broadwood Capital Inc, based in New York, New York, was formed in February 2002 and began operating as an investment adviser in June 2002. Broadwood Capital Inc is registered with the SEC, and Neal C. Bradsher is the principal owner. Broadwood Capital Inc provides both discretionary and non-discretionary advisory services to two clients: Broadwood Partners, L.P. (“BPLP” or the “Partnership”), a pooled investment vehicle for sophisticated investors, and a non-discretionary advisory account for members of a single-family group. Broadwood Capital Inc offers advice based on specific investment objectives and strategies. The Partnership’s investment portfolio is reviewed daily, while the Non-Discretionary Advisory Account is reviewed monthly. Broadwood Capital Inc does not select the brokers for the Non-Discretionary Advisory Account. The Partnership’s investors receive reports according to the Limited Partnership Agreement, and the Non-Discretionary Advisory Account receives periodic oral and written reports and investment recommendations.
Neal C. Bradsher
Mr. Bradsher has been President of Broadwood Capital, Inc., a private investment firm, since 2002. Mr. Bradsher holds a B.A. degree in economics from Yale College and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Mr. Bradsher was a director of Questcor Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (QCOR), from 2004 until Questcor was acquired in 2014. Mr. Bradsher brings to our Board a wealth of experience in finance, management and corporate governance attained through his investments in other companies, including companies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, medical diagnostics, health care services and health care information systems sectors. He has worked with several health care companies to improve their management and governance. Entities that Mr. Bradsher controls have invested in many of Lineage’s financing transactions. Broadwood Capital, Inc. is the general partner of Broadwood Partners, L.P., currently our largest shareholder.
