Deep Track Capital is a Greenwich, Connecticut-based investment firm focused exclusively on the life sciences industry. The firm develops long-term partnerships with management teams of leading innovative public and pre-IPO biotechnology companies. In addition to providing capital, it seeks to contribute time and expertise while leveraging its network for the benefit of its partners. David Kroin

David Kroin has over 25 years of healthcare investment experience. Before founding Deep Track Capital, he co-founded Great Point Partners in 2003, serving as co-portfolio manager for its biotechnology hedge fund and as an investment committee member for its private equity funds. He earned a BS in Actuarial Mathematics from the University of Michigan, where he serves on the Life Sciences Institute leadership council. David has served on various public and private healthcare company boards, including CellCarta, Cytovance, and CorEvitas. He is a husband, father of three, music enthusiast, avid traveler, storyteller, and lifelong chess player.
