Barry Rosenstein is the Managing Partner of JANA Partners LLC, an event-driven investment firm he founded in 2001. Based in New York, JANA focuses on undervalued companies with catalysts for value creation and has a strong track record in activist investing, including successful engagements with Apple, Whole Foods, Tiffany's, and others. Mr. Rosenstein graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Lehigh University and earned an MBA from the Wharton School in 1984. He serves as a trustee for Brown University, the U.S. Olympic Foundation, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the 92nd Street Y, and the Bruce Springsteen Archives.
