Kenneth Orr is the Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of KORR Acquisitions and a registered investment advisor (Series 65). He is a seasoned activist investor with a strong track record of successful campaigns, including deals at Surge Components, NuHorizons (sold to Arrow), and Calton Homes (special dividend). Post founding KORR, he led notable activist efforts at Sanderson Farms, The Andersons, Rocky Brands, Skullcandy, and Medallion Financial.

Earlier, Mr. Orr acquired Herold Securities, building it into First Cambridge Securities (FCS), a 400-employee firm with 15,000+ clients, active in underwriting and proprietary trading. FCS participated in major deals alongside Bear Stearns, Merrill Lynch, and others. Orr is a Tufts graduate and has completed executive programs at Columbia and Harvard Business School.
