Christopher Kiper

Mr. Kiper is a Co-Founder, Managing Director, and Chief Investment Officer of Legion Partners Asset Management, LLC, focusing on undervalued U.S. small-cap companies since 2012. Previously, he was Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Shamrock Capital Advisors and founded the Ridgestone Small Cap Value Fund. Earlier, he held roles at Global Crossing Ltd. as Director of Financial Planning and began his career as an Auditor at Ernst & Young. Mr. Kiper holds a B.S.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Nebraska.
