Paul Hilal

Paul Hilal is the Founder and CEO of Mantle Ridge LP, with over two decades of experience as both an activist and passive value investor. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of Dollar Tree, Aramark, and CSX Corporation, having joined each in connection with board and leadership restructurings. Prior to founding Mantle Ridge, Hilal was a Senior Partner at Pershing Square Capital Management, where he led value creation initiatives at Canadian Pacific and Air Products. He began his career in tech-focused investing and M&A advisory and holds degrees from Harvard College (A.B.) and Columbia University (J.D., M.B.A.).
