Michael Porcelain

Michael Porcelain is an accomplished executive, CPA, and board director with over 25 years of leadership experience across finance, operations, and technology-driven industries. He most recently served as CEO, President, COO, and CFO of Comtech Telecommunications Corp. (NASDAQ: CMTL), where he led major strategic initiatives across public safety, satellite communications, and global restructuring efforts. Prior to joining Comtech in 2002, he held key roles at Symbol Technologies and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he specialized in transaction advisory services. In 2024, Michael co-founded MP Wealth Management, a fee-only CPA and wealth advisory firm. He also serves as a board director and audit committee chair of Air Industries Group (NYSE: AIRI), and is a board member of the Fund for Modern Courts.

A licensed CPA in New York since 1996, Michael began his career at IBM and KPMG and holds an undergraduate degree from Binghamton University. Known for his hands-on leadership and integrity, he stepped back from full-time executive work in 2022 to focus on family, advisory roles, and community involvement.
