Ofir Baharav

Ofir Baharav is the Chief Executive Officer of Nano Dimension Ltd (Nasdaq: NNDM), bringing nearly 30 years of leadership in additive manufacturing, electronics, and capital equipment . Formerly the company's Chairman of the Board since December 2024 and a board member since 2015, he was appointed CEO in April 2025 following the acquisition of Desktop Metal.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Baharav was CEO of Maxify Solutions, Inc., which he founded in 2022 to acquire assets from Breezer Holdings LLC and SimiGon Inc. He previously served as Chairman (2019–2021) and Director (2015–2021) of Nano Dimension. Earlier in his career, he was VP of Product Management at Stratasys Ltd. (2014–2015) and CEO of Optonics (2001–2007), later sold to Credence Systems. He also founded RelayHealth Corporation in 1999, serving as CEO until its acquisition by McKesson Corp. in 2006.

Mr. Baharav holds an M.B.A. from Warwick Business School (UK) and is a retired Air Force officer.
