Himanshu H. Shah

Himanshu H. Shah is the Founder & Executive Chairman of Marius Pharmaceuticals. He is also the President and Chief Investment Officer of Shah Capital and Managing Member of Shah Capital Opportunity Fund.

With over thirty years of experience in global capital markets, he has shown both pragmatic and insightful approach in advising and helping numerous public and private companies in his role as CIO of Shah Capital which he founded in January 2005. He is also the Chairman of Emeren Group Ltd., a global renewable company. He has served on the Board of Directors for Vitamin Shoppe and was Chairman of UT Starcom.

Having fully recognized the philanthropic needs of the community both in the US and abroad, he supports many non-profit organizations including uplifting rural communities especially in India.
