Mr. O’Brien is active in philanthropy, including leadership roles at Fordham University and the Archdiocese of New York. He holds a degree from Fordham University.

George V. Merrill, JD, MBA is Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager at Sophis Investments LLC. With over 40 years of portfolio management experience, he has held senior roles at Northern Trust, BNY Mellon, and M&R Capital Management.
