Founded by Marc Chalfin, Windward Management LP is a long/short equity firm focused on catalyst-driven, fundamental value investing. The firm targets underfollowed SMID-cap stocks with asymmetric risk/reward (typically 5:1) over a 6–24 month horizon. Marc Chalfin

Marc Chalfin is the Founder and CIO of Windward Management LP, where he manages the firm’s long/short portfolio with a focus on high-probability, asymmetric return opportunities. Before founding Windward, he managed a similar concentrated, consumer-focused strategy at Shay Capital. He previously served as Managing Director at LionEye Capital and held senior investment roles at HealthCor Management (Consumer & Special Situations Sector Head), Brahman Capital, and Knott Partners. He holds a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
