American Public Education appoints Michael D. Braner of 325 Capital LLC to its board

Market Cap: $114 million | American Public Education, Inc., together with its subsidiaries, provides online and campus-based postsecondary education.

On March 20, 2023, 325 Capital entered into a Cooperation Agreement with the company and pursuant to it, the company agreed to add Mr. Braner to its Board, effective March 28, 2023, and to nominate him for election at the 2023 AGM. Mr. Braner has also been appointed as a member of the Management Development and Compensation Committee.
