Christopher Shackelton brings extensive expertise in public company investment, turnarounds, and board leadership. He is Chairman of ModivCare and Lazydays and serves as a director at Universal Technical Institute and Gildan Activewear. Previously, he chaired Rural/Metro and Medalogix and held board roles at LHC Group, Advanced Emissions, BioScrip, and Interstate Hotels & Resorts. A Yale University graduate, he is active in non-profits, serving as Chairman of the Connecticut Open.

Adam Gray, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Coliseum Capital Management, brings over 35 years of experience in private equity and operations, specializing in restructurings and distressed situations. He currently serves as a director at NFI Group and Purple Innovation, where he is Chair. His previous board roles include DEI Holdings, Benihana, The Pas Group (Chair), Redflex Holdings (Chair), and Blue Bird Corporation. Before founding Coliseum in 2005, Mr. Gray was Executive Vice President at Burger King Corporation, representing private equity sponsors Texas Pacific Group, Bain Capital, and Goldman Sachs. He also held roles at Metromedia Company-affiliated firms (1989–2003), Kluge & Co (1990–1992), and Morgan Stanley's Merchant Banking Group. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Management & Technology Program, he holds a B.S.E. in Finance from the Wharton School and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the School of Engineering and Applied Science.
