Clayton DeGiacinto

Clayton DeGiacinto is Managing Partner and Co-Chief Investment Officer of Axonic Capital, which he founded in 2010. Previously, he built the mortgage investment platform at Tower Research Capital and was Senior Portfolio Manager for Split Level LLC. He also led a mortgage trading desk at Goldman Sachs, managing RMBS credit and securitization. A former U.S. Army Captain, Clayton is a West Point graduate and holds an MBA in Finance and Statistics from the Wharton School.

Ben Bernstein

Ben Bernstein is a Principal and Portfolio Manager at Axonic Capital, overseeing RMBS, ABS, and residential loan trading and portfolio management. He is the primary portfolio manager for select funds, with responsibilities across sector allocations, risk, cash management, and leverage. Prior to joining Axonic in 2019, he worked at Odeon Capital and JPMorgan, where he managed illiquid securitized products. Ben began his career at Bear Stearns and holds a BA in Economics from Columbia University.
