David Rosen

David Efrain Rosen founded Rubric Capital Management LP in 2016 and currently serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Previously, he held the position of Managing Director at Rubric Capital Management LLC from 2015 to 2016, and before that, he was a Portfolio Manager at S.A.C. Capital Advisors LP. Mr. Rosen earned his undergraduate degree from New York University.
